Pop-Up Shop Setup
Do you need a place to send customers to buy your artwork on products, like canvas wrap prints, mugs, notebooks and more? If so, I'll work with you one-on-one for 30 min. or so to help you get setup.
Have one or two high-quality artworks already scanned or photographed, and ready in JPG or PNG format. 3000px minimum image size in 300dpi recommended. Larger files can be used on a wider variety of products.
Attend the zoom meeting from your computer and be ready to share your screen as I walk you through the steps.
By the end of the call, your popup shop will have a few products with your artwork on them, available for purchase and you'll have a link to send out to customers so they can shop.

DELIVERY
My goal is to ship your order as soon as possible.Originals - please allow 5 business for me to sign and varnish your piece and prepare it for safe shipping.
Unframed prints - please allow 5-7 days for your print to be hand made to order, then packaged and shipped.
Framed prints - please allow, 5-10 days for your print to be handmade, framed, and shipped. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date.
RETURNS
Original artwork can be returned (insured) within 30 days providing it is undamaged and in all of it's original packaging.
Prints are made to order in your chosen size (and frame) therefore not returnable. In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage including the packaging and I will arrange a replacement for you. No returns on sale/discounted items.
All canvas wrap prints include a signature (printed), and packaged with foam and cardboard protective packaging. The package is marked fragile so that they arrive in pristine condition ready for you to hang.
All unframed paper prints include a signature (printed). Small prints are sent in rigid mailers. Large prints are packaged safely rolled in a sturdy postal tube.
Original artwork is signed, and packaged carefully with padding and cardboard, and also includes a certificate of authenticity.
